What keyword density means
Keyword density is the percentage of times a specific word appears relative to the total word count. It is used in SEO to understand whether a piece of content is appropriately optimized for a target keyword without over-stuffing.
A density of 1–3% is generally considered natural for a primary keyword. Above 5% starts to look like keyword stuffing to search engines. This tool lets you check density for any word in your content before publishing.
Stop words (the, a, is, in, etc.) are common function words that carry little meaning on their own. Filtering them out reveals the meaningful keywords in your text.
